Show CONTEMPT OF COURT CASE POSTPONED The contempt ease of George E. Hale, general manager; Arthur J. Brown, managing editor, and Fred Baghy, eitv editor of the Herald Republican, which was set for hearing before Judge John A. Marshall, was postponed until July 3 bv Judge Page Morris, on account of Judge J. A. Marshall being absent from the city.
