Love's Crosa examination was brought to a close by hla refusal to answer questions ques-tions relating to the statutory charges, his refusal being based upon the advice of his attorney. On re -direct examination. Love testified testi-fied that hla mother-in-law smoked from thirty to forty cigarettes a day. and that his wife smoked an equal number, and that he paid bis wife's cigarette bills.
