O'Leary, two soldiers, who are charged with having ' assaulted and ' robbed Harold Berrum on the night of ' March 1. waa called before Judge Dlehl ; this morning it waa discovered that the' four principal, witnesses, who are soldiers at Fort Douglas and who were arrested the day following the assault and robbery, and who were later released on their own : recognisance, were not in court to testify. tes-tify.
