Show SALT LAKE MEN INCORPORATE IN LARAMIE, WY0. '-LARAMIE, Wyo Feb. 5. Articles of Incorporation of two companies made up of Salt Lake parties were filed for record here, Laramie being designated aa the principal place of business In each case. The first was the Auto-Mosquito Mask company. Incorporated by W. M. O'Brien. tt. C. Harrison and John Conllsk, all of Salt Lake, with a capital of $500,000. Mr. O'Brien being president, treasurer and trustee; Mr. Harrison, the vice-president, secretary and trustee; and Mr. Conllsk. a trustee. The company is formed for the purchase of United States patent No. 599.638 and Canadian patent No. 69.13 of John Conllsk' Con-llsk' a invention of an auto-mask and for the manufacture of masks under the patents. The second company Is the Shenandoah Mining company, with a capital stock of $2,600,000, the Incorporators being Samuel Sam-uel Kewhouse, W. M, O'Brien and C. C. Parsons. Mr. Newhouse owns 200.000 shares, Messrs. O'Brien and Burton, 99.-860 99.-860 each, and Mr. Parsons 100. The company com-pany owns mining claims In Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. The first annual meeting of the company com-pany will be held at Laramie on the second sec-ond Tuesday In February. 190?. and annually an-nually thereafter. Mr. Burton Is the president of the company, and Mr. O'Brien Is the vice-president. R. J. Graham Gra-ham is the secretary. I |
