Show MORE RAIN AND SNOW PORECASTE FOR SALT LAKE; LANDSLIDES ON RAILROADS NOON BULLETIN. Dr. Hyatt played a Joke on Salt Lake today. He promised more rain or snow, so everybody who came down town this morning was bundled up in an overcoat or furs. The" prediction was fulfilled in the early part of the morning, but about 10 o'clock there came a wonderful change. The cloud disappeared, the sun shone brightly, and genuine spring weather set in. It was a most welcome wel-come relief after four days of almost constant snow or rain.
