Attorney-Oeneral Breeden Is called upon In a communication from State Superintendent Superin-tendent of Public Instruction A. C. Nelson, Nel-son, to decide whether sections I and 3. article lo. of the Constitution of Utah, are In harmony with each other. Breeden is asked also whether the Legislature should set aside a fraction of a mlfl of the State tax for high school purposes, as requested by the nigh school department depart-ment of the State Teachers' association.
