Later It was taken from the table and on motion mo-tion of Representative Kin lan Hon was returned to the committee on drainage. The measure of A. W. Morrison, house hill 11!, which proposed to do away with all property tax and make ever one pay an income tax. was shortlived, short-lived, as it was introduced as the last of the hills of the day and was soon after withdrawn by the author. |
