Show GOVERNOR RENAMES PETERSON AS STATE ROAD COMMISSIONER Preston G. Peterson Thursday had been reappointed member of the state road commission for a six-year term beginning begin-ning as of December 1. The appointment, made by Governor Henry H. Blood, is subject to approval of the 1941 legislature. . can Association of State Highway Officials, a member of the board of directors of the American Road Builders' association and a member of the executive committee of the Western Association of State Highway High-way Officials. Mr. Peterson has been a memDer of the commission since May S, 1922, when he was appointed by Governor Charles R. Mabey. He was reappointed by Governor George H. Dern and twice by Governor Gov-ernor Henry H. Blood. . From 1922 to 1926, Mr. Peterson served as chairman of the commission. commis-sion. Since that time he has been vice chairman.
