If a man be of a deeply religious relig-ious nature, the quiet chapel with its subdued lighting through stained glass windows offers a haven, where in solitude he may read the lines of "Immortality and find further confirmation of the certainty of a reunion with those he has loved and lost in this world. .... - , To those who disclaim a formal religion the chapel should serve as a sanctuary. On terraces set at an angle to the Meditat.on Chapel will be uniform, individual individ-ual granite markers, carrying the name, dates of birth and death and branch of service of sucn Utah men, whose survivors desire de-sire a token resting place for them as a part of the memorial. More than one hundred Utah-born Utah-born soldiers, sailors, murines and air corps men have no known graves, and provision is being made for memorial markers for all. Markers will be supplied without cost by the donors ot the memorial. Necessary Qualifications To qualify, the lost one must have been born in Utah, but need not have entered the armed services ser-vices from this state. Those born in other states, even though they entered service from Utah, are not eligible. Mrs. J. Roy Wilson, president of the Salt Lake chapter of American Am-erican Gold Star Mothers, Inc., whose address is 639 Ramona A v. Salt Lake City, is receiving applications ap-plications for markers and will furnish a questionnaire form to those who apply. Among the markers is a settee facing a bronze scroll where is inscribed: "Beneath the waves of distant seas, and on foreign soil not marked as grave or tomb, your mortal bodies lie; but your spirits are returned and enshrined enshrin-ed in your heart's home in this fair land.
