Show Shovel Used as Argument Will Cost Wielder $100 N. W. Miller. 85. of 33M Highland High-land drive, Saturday was sentenced sen-tenced to pay a fine of (100 or serve AO days in ths county jail. He was found guilty of sssaulting a neighbor, Albert Parking, with a shovel during a dispute over irrigation water rights. "You must learn to settle your rights in court and not with a shovel." Judge Herbert M. Schiller Schil-ler told the defendant. Mr. Miller had appealed to district dis-trict court from a penalty of $50 and three days in jail imposed in city court |
