Breakfast consists con-sists of 8 ounces orange Juice, a poached egg on toast, dry toast and coffee. At 10 a. m., an 8 ounce glass of orange and pineapple Juice mixed, and for luncheon there Is tomato to-mato juice, fresh vegetable salad with French dressing and cottage cheese balls: also Melka toast and melon. Grapefruit Juice appeara at 5 p. m. and for dinner, there ls vegetable soup, broiled lamb chop, string beans, grilled tomato, hearts of lettuce with French dressing, fresh fruit cup. Drink plenty of water In both cases and fruit juice, such as pineapple, pine-apple, grapefruit, lemon and orange, which tend to alkallse easily.
