J., July 31 (UP) A torn ligament in his back may force Wilmer Allison, former national tennis champion, from Austin, Texas, to default to young Bobby Riggs of California in their scheduled final match for the Seabright title today. Allison wss injured near the end of his semifinal match with Frank Shields of Hollywood Thursday, and ths finals, originally scheduled for Friday, were postponed 24 hours. Allison's physician told him ths torn ligament should have at Isast a week to heal, but the Texan preferred pre-ferred to wait until today before deciding whether or not he would withdraw.
