Director Peterson also discussed soil conservation and the range and livestock problems In the state and Indicated that the hope of more favorable advancement Ilea In the future and in the younger people of tha state. Much of this work will ba dona by the 4-H clubs and other young people, he said. "Tha Ideal In the state of Utah la a country home," ha said, "not necessarily a large home, but on a farm larger than 40 acres, preferably pref-erably between 40 and 100 acres." Director Peterson discussed the advantages of the farm home over tha city home, birth rates In the country as compared with tha city, and the distinct contrlbulons made by wife and children on the farm. He also dealt with the farm Indebtedness Indebt-edness In the state and told the leaders that tha problem Is one of the moat serious that faces rural youth today. Dr. Elmer O. Peterson, president of the college, will address the group Monday evening upon his return from Salt Lake City. During the general assembly for ths delegates, tha following also spoke: Dr. Burton K. Farns worth, Dr. C. L. Andsrson, Professor Wil-ford Wil-ford D. Porter, Dr. W. W. Henderson, Hender-son, W. W.
