Howells, How-ells, city health commissioner, reported re-ported Friday In a letter to Mayor Ab Jenkins. In his milk report for February Dr. Howells state "the bacterial averages are very low." The average aver-age was 3000, as compared to 7000 year ago. Grade A bacteria requirement re-quirement for retail milk la a maximum maxi-mum of 20.000 bacteria. The pasteurized pas-teurized milk count showed a decrease de-crease of 3000 this year, as compared com-pared to (000 a year ago. |
