Miller Mill-er dismissed a battery case a-gainst a-gainst Stanley Stott of Highland Boy for lack of sufficient evidence. evi-dence. Mr. Stott plead not guilty to a complaint which was signed sign-ed by Mrs. James Abreu of Highland Boy at a preliminary hearing held last Friday. The complaint was filed following a fight between Mr. Stott and James Abreu in Highland Boy on Wednesday, July 25- A similar sim-ilar complaint filed against Mr. Stott for striking James Abreu Jr. was also dismissed for lack of sufficient evidence.
