Volume Goes Up In S. L. Stocks Volume of trading on the Salt Lake stock exchange Increased Monday with 31,400 shares changing chang-ing hands, compared with 27,300 shares traded Saturday. Of Monday's Mon-day's trade, 33,800 were operating issues. During the trading, most operating oper-ating stocks lost, while the non-operators non-operators showed a tendency toward to-ward an Increase in price. Of the operators, Weatern Alloys Al-loys was the largest trader, selling sell-ing 16,000 shares, closing at 4c, up c over last sale. Silver Shield sold 4300 shares, closing at 4c, down He Rico Argentine traded 3100 shares, closing at1 11.60. off 2V4c.
