Her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. James W. McDowell, are in the process of moving from the house, she said, and no one was in the house Sunday night or Monday morning until she arrived. A few momenta after she started start-ed the fire and while she was standing near the -kitchen door about 10 feet from the stove, the water jacket exploded, hurling large and small pieces of cast iron about the room as though a shell had burst ' |
