Show NO PEACE INSIGHT Warring Baseball Factions Not Likely to.Reach an Agreement. CINCINNATI, O., Jan. f. All the members of the Joint peace committee of the National and American Baseball leagues are here today for the conference confer-ence that begins this afternoon. Chairman Herrmann of the Nationals, after spending the night with Ropi-eon, Ropi-eon, Dreyfus and others, met James 'A. Hart and other National leaders this morning and afterward called on Charles Comlskey, Henry H. Klllllea, Charles Somers and others at the headquarters head-quarters of the American conferees. While the greetings were cordial be-' tween individuals, the Indications do not today seem favorable for any proposed peace act. I |
