Show MORTENSEN'S CASE x IS AGAIN DELAYED The arguments on the motion for a new trial In the case of Peter Mortensen, who was convicted of the murder of John R. Hay In December. 1901, and sentenced to be shot, which were to have been heard In the Supreme court this morning', will not be made until May 20th. Attornel-General Breeden, on behalf of the State, asked that the case be continued contin-ued and set at the foot of the docket in order that the brief, which is now in the hands of the printer, may be submitted. Attorney J. B. Stewart, for the defendant, defend-ant, agreed to the motion as made by Mr. Breeden, and the case was set for that date by the court. |
