Agitation gainst divorce and the marriage of divorced di-vorced persons has resulted In a meeting meet-ing here of eminent Protestant, ministers minis-ters and laymen who will attempt to solve the problem of uniform legislation on the subject by the States of the TJnlonTN 4 ! A meeting of the executive" committee the conference, presided over by Nishop D'oane of Albany, drafted .a rough outline of the proposed law which later will.be presented to the full meeting meet-ing for discussion. The conference Is a direct result of Taction taken by the Protestant Episcopal church to its last general, conference at San Francisco.
