Show JUDGE MARSHALL DECIDES IN FAVOR OF MINERS Mine-Owners May Not Interfere With Property of a Mercantile Company at Cripple Creek. DENVER, Colo., Nov. 7. Judge Marshall Mar-shall of the United States court has made permanent the temporary Injunction In-junction recently Issued restraining members of the Cripple Creek Mine-Owners' Mine-Owners' association and Citizens' Alliance Al-liance members and others from interfering inter-fering with the owners and employees and property of the Interstate Mercantile Mercan-tile company of Montana at Cripple Creek. The store of the company was looted August 21 last and Its employees deported de-ported from the camp at the points of guns. The decision gives the company, which re-established its business under the temporary Injunction, the full protection pro-tection of the court. Judge Marshall rendered the decision In Salt Lake City and mailed It to Denver. Den-ver. It was filed in the clerk's office today. |
