The appellants In this case claiming to be the residuary devisees and legatees, lega-tees, under the will of the deceased, Jonathan M. Williamson, who left a large estate in this city, appealed from the ordeT of the lower court granting the respondent. Park, permission to sell a portion of the real property, belonging to the estate.
