Show ALLEGED OUTBREAK OF BUBONIC PLAGUE AC10NG MEN IN RAILROAD CAMP TOPEKA, Kan., April 13. Dr. , Charles Lowry, secretary of the , State Board of Health, has gone to Rice county to Investigate the re- port that several railroad laborers are victims of the bubonic plague. A tramp hired to work with a section gang recently started a disease which quickly killed nine. The surrounding territory Is in strict quarantine.
