The session of the grand Jury which the District Judges have decided to call will be the first since 1896. and the second sec-ond since Utah was admitted to Statehood. State-hood. Bacon's bank and also returned an Indictment against Hermans, Her-mans, the minister who was charged with the murder of two girls, and who was alleged to have burned the body of one in a furnace.
