Show OWEN APPLIES FOR ANOTHER COMPLAINT Charles Mostyn Owen appeared before be-fore County Attorney Christensen yesterday yes-terday afternoon, after Judge Armstrong Arm-strong had dismissed the application for a writ to compel the County Attorney to issue a warrant for the arrest of Joseph Jo-seph F. Smith on the complaint sworn out-hy Owen, and asked the County Attorney At-torney to draw up a complaint sufficient in form and complete in legal detail. - County Attorney Christensen said that he would proceed against Smith on the information furnished, in due time. He declared that no criminal was im-. ratine from prosecution in his office. Mr. Owen declares that he will not let the matter rest, but will exhaust every legal resource to bring about the prosecution of President Smith unjjpr the charge that he has preferred against him. . |
