Show AN ORDINANCE. ; . An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property .on the south side of Fourth South street, between State and West Temple streets, on the north side of Seventh -South street, between. East Tem- Ele and State streets, on the west side of tate street, between Fourth South and Fifth South street, and on both sides of State street, between Fifth South and Seventh South streets, in Sewer Districts Nos. 1 and 2. for the construction of sewers. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: Section 1. That the ' assessment list made by the City Treasurer as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that purpose, of the property abutting on the south side of Fourth South street between be-tween Stat and West Temple streets, on the north side of Seventh South street, between East Temple and State streets, on the west side of State street, between Fourth South and Fifth South streets, and on both sides of State street. between be-tween Fifth South and Seventh South streets, in Sewer Districts Nos. 1 and 2, . of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of con-, structlng sewers upon said portions of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed Section 2. This ordinance shall, take effect upon approval. Passed by the CJty Council " of Salt Lake City. Utah. June 18th, 1906, and referred re-ferred to the Mayor for his approval. J. B. MORETON.
