Want Elks' Excursion. Local railroad men are laying awake nights trying to figure out some plan Vy which they will capture the big Elks' excursion ex-cursion from this-city, to-Denver' next month. The Elks' transportation committee com-mittee knows which road will get the contract, but it has not yet made the announcement. It is generally believed that the "herd" will go to the Colorado capital over one road and return over the bther. - - Salary Increased.
