Swan, former assistant In the office of the County Clerk, who Is under un-der arrest on charges of obtaining money from the State of Utah by means of fraudulent fraud-ulent bounty certificates, was rearrested yesterday on four new counts of the same charge.- The warrants had been In the hands of the officers since January 18. but had not been served until this time, because be-cause It was desired to await Swan's pleas In the former cases. It Is understood that these warrants were served on him be-cause be-cause be pleaded not guilty to the earlier charges. It is generally understood that 8wan was not to have been prosecuted on the last charges If he had pleaded guilty to the others. Aivaggregate of $511.50 Is alleged to. have been fraudulently obtained. ob-tained. Swan was released on his own recognisance.
