A suit for $77,000,000 has been brought by the Johnstown Johns-town Mining company against the Boston and Montana Mining company in the courts of New York State to recover the value of copper ores alleged to have been taken by the latter company from lands on which the other claims to have had prior location and patent. The Johnstown Johns-town company operates the Rarus mine In Montana and the Pensylvanla claim of the Boston and Montana adjoins it.
