H. Shep-pard Shep-pard of Salt Lake is named as one of the, resident directors. . .- The purpose of the corporation, as set forth in the articles of incorporation, is to select public lands for soldiers and sailors and widows of soldiers and sailors, sail-ors, and to file' entries for them upon public lands of the United States for a fee of $25 in each case. . President Stockman of the corporation corpora-tion left here for Vernal yesterday, armed with power of attorney from veterans and widows living In many sections of the country, to make arrangements ar-rangements for filing their appllcatfons.
