The Elks attending the nineteenth annual reunion re-union of their order today began v to combine business with pleasure. The opening session of the grand 'lodge at the Teck theater and the 'preliminary contests of bands for rich prizes were the features of the day.. Attorney-General Jules M. Ticknor. exalted ruler of the Buffalo lodge, also . made addresses ad-dresses of welcome. William J. O'Brien, Jr., of Baltimore, grand exalted ruler, responded. - ' ' Following the open meeting the grand lodge went Into executive session to receive the reports of officers -and election of officers for the ensuing year.
