The Twenty-first ward Sunday-school ,1s bavins; an outinj? at Saltair today and everything has been done to make the day one to le remembered by those fortunate for-tunate enough to attend. ; - ' The biff attraction at Saltalr Is the sensational sen-sational and darlny "Leaping the Gap" by two darlns; bicyclists. Thkj daring feat is free to the public and la performed at 3:30 and 7:30 each day. Side by side a man and a woman ride down a forty-five degrees Incline with such speed as to Jump a gap of thirty-two .feet. It is stupendous In Its conception and a dar- ! Ins; and a horrified chorus of "Oh's" go-j up as the two dash down in their mad j flight to what seems certain desth. It all over In the lash of an eye, but what i a "thriller" It Is! It Is one of the best : features yet seen at the lake resort. The Maccabees of the city have planned a great, union outing to take place at Saltalr beach tomorrow afternoon after-noon and evening. A fine programme of athletic events and other attractions has been arranged and many handsome and ! valuable presents will be given to the winner of the8 and other events. - , The big Cambrian day of the Welsh residents of Utah will be held at Saltalr. Wednesday. This Is the eleventh annual celebration of the day In Utah history, end the 'outing this year-will be on a larger scale than ever. e John A.
