Show BATS IN ICE CREAM ALL RIGHT IN THIS TOWN. NEW CASTLE, Pa., Sept 29. Alderman Alder-man W. P. Morrison declared that there was no law against mixing dead rats with ice cream, and Roy Evans, a boy of this city, was given his liberty, he having been arrested on a charge preferred pre-ferred by James Grant, an ice cream vender. The magistrate said he had examined the statutes thoroughly and did not remember of any such law while he was a member of the Legislature for several terms, and declares no law of that kind has been parsed. since. |
