Billy -,-Hogan, manager of Mike Shreck, today posted a forfeit of $1000 with Charley Esslg to bind a match with Marvin Hart, the Louisville fighter, who Is now at his Kentucky home. . . . :. ., Hogan had a long talk with Jack Mc-Cormlck, Mc-Cormlck, Hart's manager. Both agreed that "their man" was the goods and that the public would like to see them together. Hart Is more than anxious to meet Shreck. but the Louisville man thinks that Frank Gotch.. the. wrestler, who is now turned pugilist, would be a bigger drawing card with the public right at this time than would Shreck. McCormlck instanced how low the receipts re-ceipts were in Salt Lake as compared to the fighters' end in the July S fight at Reno, Nev. . However, McCormlck finally told Ho-xan Ho-xan that he would "think the matter over for a few days" and that he thought "Shreck had more than an even break to be Hart's next opponent." oppo-nent." . ... . , "Hart is a fighter pure and simple' said McCormlck.
