A wireless wire-less message has been received aboard Ihe flagship Maine by Rear-Admiral Evans, commander-in-chief of the North Atlantic fleet, from Rear-Admiral Bronson, commanding the Fourth division, announcing his arrival late last night off Cedar Point and later Admiral Bror.son Joined the fleet. His ships anchored in single column outside out-side the column formed by the eight battleships, composing the First and Second divisions. Until the battleship Maine establishes wireless communication with the British Brit-ish squadron, it is Impossible to predict the exact hour of Prince Louis' arrival.
