Brandenburg, to see Just what Interest is being taken locally In the affair. After Af-ter looking the situation over and talking talk-ing with a number of local bowlers, Mr. Brandenburg became enthused and says he will take back Just such a report re-port as the bigness of the occasion warrants. Mr. Brandenburg Is a member of the famous Democratic Club bowling team and an enthusiastic all-round athlete. Before Mr. Brandenburg left for Denver last night he said he would re- port to his home team that the coming tourney was "really worth while," and that he would personally do all he could to Interest them. He also says that Denver is out for the tourney in 1908. It Is likely that the crack team of Denver, the Paulsons, will attend. Vice-President W. S. Zehrlng left last night for Kansas City and other points. He will stop off at Denver and talk bowling to that town. Twenty-Round Contest Feb. 27. SAN FRANCISCO. Feb. 7. Articles for a twenty-round contest were signed tonight to-night by Frsnkle Neil. American bantam champion, and Harry Tenny. -The weight stipulated Is 120 pounds ringside.
