Murray Tests WIer Waler Lines Unes MURRAY Tests of the pipe pip e laid as part of the Murray city water project were beIng being being be be- ing conducted Thursday under the direction of Ernest Davies city engineer as work on the two pumping stations was being rushed to completion Persyl Richardson city i commissioner announced The pipe is all in and we arenow are arenow arenow now testing it for leaks which should be completed within two weeks Mr Richardson declared However we are n not nit t sure just how long it will take to finish the two pumping stations The big item here is how long it will take taketo to string the electric line to the stations and receive and install the transformers he said The project will increase the water pressure throughout the city and assure all sections of getting getting getting get get- ting ample water It was to have been completed by July 1 1 but this was tentative
