F J oL yf f Yi t. t dS J 71 I 7 I yr I 1 1 W i ford to spend considerable sums ms sums to m make ke youths into Useful members of af society We Ne are doing a good deal in this direction already in itt Salt Lake City but unquestionably we we could as Commissioner Tedesco suggests do more That applies not only to the excellent excellent excellent ex ex- public program being carried on under the direction of Mr Tedesco but also to private private vate vote programs carried on by service clubs charitable organizations etc There is no reason why Salt Lake City cannot with Mr Tedesco look forward to the day when boys and girls' girls clubs will be established established fished throughout the city as widely as are schools We cannot achieve that tha goal overnight overnight overnight over over- night but we can and should all agencies working together have that as our ultimate objective
