C Walker who also Is chairman of the Democratic national committee commit commit- tee shortly departs on a pulse- pulse feeling swing through the country which some observers connect with term fourth-term possibilities Walkers Walker's itinerary has not been announced But he scarcely can avoid crossing the cooling tracks of former Committee Chairman James A A.
