H Nielsen 28 Utah supreme court law clerk for forthe forthe forthe the last four years Wednesday was appointed Salt Lake City prosecutor effective May 1 1 at a month Mr Nielsen a native of Fairview Utah attended Sanpete county public schools Snow college college college col col- col- col lege at Ephraim and was graduated graduated graduated from the University of Utah with an L L B degree in 1937 He passed the bar examinations and was admitted to general law practice practice tice in the fall of 1937 City commissioners concurred unanimously in the appointment proposed by Finance Commissioner Commission Commission- er Oscar W W. McConkie whose son Bruce R R.
