J Gurr Gun The sheriff of Wasatch count county t telephoned to the officers officers cers in this city to be on the lookout The couple was located and arrested pend pending nJ information from tho the husband of Mrs Shelton They spent yesterday in in the county jail in this city cit Mr r. r Shelton and aDd Sheriff Bonner onner of Heber arrived in this city last evenin enin evening and immediately held a conference wit with tho the officers of this place A complaint was drawn up charin charging the couple with adultery but when it came cama to tho the task of signing it it Mr r. r Shelton failed He Hear ar argued ed that if the matter be taken to court it would be bo harmful to tho characters characters char char- of their children and consequent consequent- ly IF refused to sign tho the complaint Mr II and Mr Mrs Shelton have havo three children and J J.
