I TECHNOCRATS GATHER IN S 8 L L. L National Leader Wi Will I Address Meet Howard Scott of New York City I director and chief of Technocracy Inc will arrive in Salt Lake City Thursday evening for three days of meetings with members of the local division Final arrangements for Mr Scotts Scott's appearances were being completed Thursday by Niels C. C Christensen director of section I division 40 III local organization of Technocrats Delegates from cities in Montana Idaho and Utah began registering at the Hotel Utah for the meetings Officers of the division will meet at the hotel at 8 p. p m. m to go over final plans later meeting Mr Scott at the railroad station at 11 1120 20 pm p.m. Members of the Farad young people of the organization will hear Mr Scott Friday at 2 p. p m. m in the Lafayette ballroom at the hotel At 6 30 p. p m. m the national leader will speak at a banquet meeting to be attended by all members of the local section The public is invited to hear Mr Scott lecture on Saturday at 8 p. p m. m in the ballroom Mr Christensen said There will be a charge of 50 cents made for the lecture
