NEW WELLING CHARGE FILED Complaint Amended in Funds Case Arraignment of Secretary of State Slate Milton H. J Bronson's court The complaint filed late Monday alleges Mr Welling received in motor vehicle transfer fees between April 1 I 1933 and June 30 30 1933 and failed to report them officially on July 1 1933 to the state treasurer as provided by statute The amended complaint supplants a similar charge contained in a complaint complaint complaint com com- plaint to which Judge Bronson sustained sustained sus- sus sus sus- tamed a defense demurrer on May 9 9 The original charge was attacked on the ground that it was in that it alleged receipt of between January 1 I 1933 and June 30 1933 which Mr Welling was charged with failing falling to report at the end of ond and quarter Jul July 1 I 1933 The law requires receipts shall be reported at the end of each quarter Julius C.
