Mr. Snyder left for his home Monday, traveling tra-veling by way of Las Vegas and San Francisco. Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Garrett recently received word from their son, Willis Garrett, that he is well and not to worry. The letter let-ter did not indicate where Pvt. Garrett is now serving. Letters sent by Pvt. Garrett in December Decem-ber were from the Philippines. Pvt. Austin Cox, formerly of Pocatello and now stationed at Salt Lake airport, visited Sunday Sun-day with his cousin, Mrs. Louis Panas, and family. The Women's Democratic club of lower Bingham will meet at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, January 24, at the home of Mrs. Frank Shaf-ter.
