Show VOTERS ASKED TO REGISTER IN RIGHTDISTRICTS Considerable confusion was created on Primary election day by an order from the Salt Lake office of County Clerk Alvin Keddington, advising officials at the polls to refuse ballots to all registrants who have residences in districts outside the voting area in which they are registered. register-ed. In some districts this order was observed to the letter. There were also a number of cases in which persons who had secured transfers to vote in new districts were refused ballots if the voters had not taken the transfers to the registrar of the new district by noon of July 10. At other polling places voters were advised of the county clerk's order and asked to register regis-ter in the district in which they are now residing before they voted at the general election on November 7. At these districts all registered voters were allowed allow-ed to vote in the primary. Registration dates and registrars regis-trars in each district are listed below. Registration on dgys noted not-ed will be conducted from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Register on these days Tuesday, Tues-day, July 25; Tuesday, August 1; Tuesday, October 10; Tuesday, October 17; Tuesday, October 31; Wednesday, November 1.
