S church worker died i in ill a local hospital early caly Wednesday morning mornIng mornIng morn- morn Ing following an operation He had been ill with spleen trouble for fol several months and failed to rally after the operation for its removal Mr Olsen was born in Brigham City July 22 22 1881 the son of the late James P P. P and Mary K Olsen Utah pioneers He was active in L L. L D. D S S. S church work and r recently c re resigned resigned resigned re- re signed from the bishopric of the Brigham Brigham Brig- Brig ham hamn City Second ward after alter serving as counselor for nine years Prior to his service as counselor Mr Olsen made two tuo missions for the church He is survived by his widow Mrs Genevieve B. B Olsen eight children I Lottie Ruth Claudius Mar Mary May Mav Edith Thomas and Roxey Olsen all of Brigham City two brothers Alfred Alfred Al Al- fred N N. Olsen Brigham cst City and Dr N. N A. A Olsen Kevin Mont three sis siSa sisters Mrs Retta Jenson and Mrs Daisy Hansen Brigham City and Mrs Cleo O.
