P Official on Freight Charges to Hoover Dam Points The board of directors of the Utah Shippers' Shippers Traffic association met Wednesday afternoon at the Hotel Utah to complete plans for meeting with F. F V. W. Robinson traffic vice president of the Union Pacific system ss s's tern tem who will arrive here next week to confer on freight rates between t een Utah common points and Las Vegas and Boulder City Nev Mr Robinson has been asked to come here by the shippers because radical reductions have been made on rates on several commodities moving moving ing lug from Los Angeles to the Nevada cities while no reductions have been made on the same commodities from Utah points The shippers intend to ask Mr Robinson to make necessary adjustments adjust adjust- ments Jn the rates from Utah to Nevada Nevada Nevada Ne Ne- vada so Utah firms can compete with Los Angeles in receiving some of the Hoover dam business The directors also discussed the carriers' carriers request for reopening the New Arizona-New Mexico class rate case and the postponement of the effective effective dice dice- tive date from May 25 to July 1 Herbert S.
