Show A Hissing Utah Boj. Some time last July, William Farrer, of California, cam to Utah and purchased a herd of sheep, which he shipped to Chicago. While in Ncphl, be hired a boy and two horses to accompany tho train to Evanston, Wyoming, from which place the lad was to return on horseback horse-back to his home aud bring both bones with him. The train reached Evanston in due time and the boy, according to the agreement made n Ith his employer was sent homeward home-ward with tbu horses referred U above. He left Evanston on the third day of October lust, since which time nothing has been beard of either the boy or theborses. His parents and relatives naturally feel uneasy about him, and are instituting institut-ing a search for him so far as their means will allow. They will be exceedingly ex-ceedingly grateful to any one who will furnish Information concerning the mUsIng darling. We are not informed whether the boy carried any money or valuables which would tempt any one to follow him with evil Intentions, and hope that nothing serious has happened to him. At all events, the boy has been on the road long enough to have traveled at least twice the distance, dis-tance, and being but a mere lad, unused un-used to the hardships of travel, be having never before been away from home, we think that no further time should be allowed to elapse before a search Is Instituted in earnest. The boy's name Is Valdemar Anderson. Utah and Wyoming papers please copy. Ensign. |
