Show ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS (213, 214, 214 A), OF CHAPTER XXVH, OF THE RE-VISED RE-VISED ORDINANCES OF SPRINGVILLE, UTAH, AS PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL COUN-CIL OF SPRINGVILLE, UTAH, ON APRIL 1, 1931, RELATING TO LICENSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SPRINGVILLE, SPRING-VILLE, UTAH: Section I. Sections Amended. That Sections (213, 214, 214A),of Chapter XXVII, of the revised ordinances or-dinances of Springville, Utah, passed by the City Council of Springville City, on April 1, 1931, relating to licenses be and the same are hereby amended to read as follows: Section 213. Billard or Pool Tables. Tab-les. It shall be unlaful for any person per-son to keep for use or maintain in any public place within the corporate cor-porate limits of Springville, Utah, any billard or pool tables, without with-out 'first obtaining a license therefor there-for as hereinafter provided. Section 214. Application. Amount. All applications for licenses li-censes contemplated by the preceding pre-ceding Section, shall state the number and kind of tables to be licensed, and the place of keeping the same. The applicant shall also file with the application, a bond running to Springville, conditioned that during the continuance of his license he will keep an orderly and well regulated place; that he will not allow gambling in any form, or profanity or obscene talk on the premises where his business is located; lo-cated; that he will not allow persons per-sons under sixteen (16 years of age, to be or remain in such premises, prem-ises, and that he will pay all fines and forfeitures which may be adjudged ad-judged against him, under the provisions pro-visions of this Chapter. The amount of said bond shall be Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, and shall be approved by the City itants of said City of Springville, that this ordinance shall take effect ef-fect upon . its adoption and publication. publi-cation. Upon the filing of such application and of said approved bond, and upon the payment into the City Treasury of $10.00 Dollars, Dol-lars, per annum for each billard or pool taple, specified in said application, a license may be issued is-sued therefor as in this Chapter provided; provided that no person, either by himself or his agent, servant or employee, in charge of any such billard or pool table, shall allow any person under the age of sixteen (16) years to engage en-gage in any game or linger in or about the premises where such tables are kept; provided further, that an appropriate sign shall be displayed in a conspicuous place, where billard or pool tables are kept, reading that minors under the age of sixteen (16) years are prohibited. Section 214A. Unlawful for Minor Min-or to Enter Pool Hall. In any public pub-lic place where beer is dispensed, sold, or given away, and the place where said beer is dispensed is not completely separated by a solid wall from the place where billard or pool tables are kept, so that the billard or pool tables are completely com-pletely segregated by being in a building or room which is not connected con-nected with the place where beer is dispensed; it shall be unlawful for any person, under the age of eighteen (18) years to engage in any game of pool, billards or any other game in any pool hall within with-in the corporate limits of this City, or to linger in or about the premises where billards or pool are played. Section 2. All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, ordin-ance, are hereby repealed. Section 3.
