CLARK as Administratrix of the Estate of Albert S. Clark, deceased; also G. W. SUMSION, as Administrator, 1e bonis non, of the estate of Davis Da-vis Clark, deceased; also all of the "'nknown heirs at law, devisees and creditors of Charles I. Roylance, deceased, and all of the unknown heirs at law, devisees and creditors of all of the above named deceased persons; also all other persons unknown un-known claiming any right, title or interest in or lien upon the real property described in the Complaint, Com-plaint, adverse to the Plaintiff's ownership or clouding Plaintiff's title thereto. This action is brought for the purpose of quieting Plaintiff's title to the following described real Droperty, situate in Utah County, State of Utah, to-wit: Commencing at a point 96.00 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot 1, in Block 61, Plat "A," Springville Survey of Building Lots; thence West 50.00 feet; thence North 12 rods; thence East 50.00 feet"; thence South 12 V2 rods more or less to the place of beginning. begin-ning.
